IMPORTANT WORKOUT EXERCISE TIPS BEFORE USING YOUR BANDS, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
- 1. Always thoroughly examine the resistance band before every use for any possible nicks tears, or punctures. Never use a damaged band.
- 2. Always perform general warm-up activities prior to performing flat band loop exercises.
- 3. Perform only the exercises as shown on this sheet (in packaging).
- 4. Never stretch any band more than twice its original length.
- 5. If you are using the bands for physiotherapy, consult your physician before beginning any type of exercise program.
- 6. Exercise with the color band that allows your to complete 2 to 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions with mild fatigue by the last set.
- 7. Discontinue any exercise that is uncomfortable or causes discomfort
